Candra hospitality offers inexpensive maintenance contracts for all IT-related services. We offer 3 types of contracts. Which consist of a fixed low monthly amount and a fixed price per system to be maintained. This ensures excellent maintenance. Because every hotel depends on well-functioning (computer) systems. Depending on your preference, you can choose from different lead times (from notification to recovery) of: 24 hours, 8 hours or 4 hours, respectively.
Before entering into an IT service contract. Candra Hospitality will make a full inventory of all the IT equipment in your hotel, (serviced) apartments or holiday park.
You pay a fixed low monthly rate. for service with a lead time of 24, 8 or 4 hours respectively. You then pay a contribution per system. The different rates can be found in the overview below. We assume a contribution per system so that we can offer great IT support at a competitive rate to both small and large organisations.
