General maintenance

Candra hospitality offers inexpensive maintenance contracts for general maintenance. We offer 3 types of contracts. Which consist of a fixed low monthly amount and a price per area to be maintained. This guarantees you an excellently maintained hotel. Depending on your preference, you can choose from different lead times (from notification to recovery) of: 48 hours, 24 hours or 4 hours, respectively.

Assessment

Before entering into a maintenance contract. Candra Hospitality will make a full inventory of everything in all the general areas of your hotel free of charge.

Collectivity

There are several hotels within a radius of 10 mi. Then there is also the possibility to share the 4 and 5 star room maintenance contract.

Monthly costs

We charge a fixed rate per area / per month, and the fixed service costs: £ 8.45, £ 12.68 or £ 16.90 per month, respectively. The rate per area is £ 42.00. We assume an overview of the activities included in the basic package. The total costs per month depend on the number of areas  that you want to be maintained by Candra Hospitality.
